The Course

The Emergency First Response Diving Emergency Medical Responder course is designed to teach students to be prepared, confident and armed with the knowledge to take control and deal with virtually any non-diving and Diving based medical or traumatic emergency. This is the next level up from First Aid training.

The EFR Diving Emergency Medical Responder eLearning makes it easy to fit your knowledge development lessons into a busy schedule. Learn about emergency first response principles and terminology whenever, wherever it's convenient for you. It's your course on your time. you will need to purchase the elarning from the Diver Medic here as this in not included in the course fees.

eLearning time commitment: 7-8 Hours


To take participate in the EFR Diving Emergency Medical Responder Course the minimum age is 18, and EFR Primary & Secondary Care Provider (within the past 24 months) , PADI Rescue Diver, or equivalent certification.
