The health and the safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance at all times. The information below outlines what measures and steps we are taking to ensure you the safest visit possible, and what help we need from you to help us do that.
You should not attend if:
- You or any member of your party due to attend experience Covid symptoms prior your session.
- You or any member of your party due to attend have been advised by NHS Test and Trace to self-isolate
- We strongly advise that you and your party carry out lateral flow tests prior to visiting the venue even if you do not experience Covid symptoms prior to the session.
If you are unable to attend a performance due to any of these reasons, you should contact our Office Team to discuss the options for your booking.
NHS COVID-19 app
Upon arrival to the theatre, all attendees are encouraged to check in using the NHS COVID-19 app by scanning the QR code displayed at each entrance. If you haven’t already, we recommend downloading the app prior to your visit. To download the app, search ‘NHS COVID-19’ in either the Google Play Store app (for Android phones), or the App Store (for iPhones).
We will be carrying these out on arrival to the venue.
We strongly advise the use of face masks
Whilst at our venues we would ask that you please follow the following precautions. Wearing a face covering helps to protect those around you and reduce the spread of coronavirus. We understand that not everyone is able to wear a face covering but, if you are, we ask you to please continue wearing one when you are moving around, and when it is difficult to maintain social distance. Our friendly staff will be on hand to answer any queries.
Hand Sanitiser Stations
We strongly encourage all visitors, customers and staff to regularly wash their hands and use the hand sanitiser stations.
All public areas
Are subject to enhanced cleaning regimes including regular cleaning of touchpoints e.g. toilets, door handles, handrails.
Our friendly staff will be on hand to answer any queries. All precautions are subject to UK government and local government guidelines updated on 19 July '21.
