The PADI Seal Team is for young scuba divers who are looking for action-packed fun in a pool by completing exciting AquaMissions. Have you ever wondered what it's like to dive with flashlights, take digital pictures underwater or float effortlessly like an astronaut? Beyond learning basic scuba skills, there are specialty AquaMissions, such as wreck diving, navigation, buoyancy, environmental awareness and more. PADI Seal Team includes doing some cool stuff in the pool, meeting friends and sharing in the adventure of the underwater world.
What Your Learn
The PADI Seal Team program teaches responsibility and respect for the aquatic realm.
AquaMissions 1 - 5, covers basic scuba diving skills, such as breathing underwater, clearing a mask of water, recovering a regulator and swimming around experiencing the sensation of being weightless. Each session takes about an hour. Complete these AquaMissions and become a recognized PADI Seal Team Member.
Step 1. Independent Study
PADI eLearning makes it easy to fit scuba lessons into a busy schedule. Learn about scuba diving principles and terminology whenever, wherever it's convenient for you.
Study offline, or online using a computer or mobile device. Connect with your instructor whenever you have a question.

Step 2. At The Dive Centre
During your orientation session at the UK Diving Academy Dive Centre you will get to meet your instructor and be fitted with the very latest dive gear to use during your course.
Step 3. In Water Training
In a pool, you’ll practice your seal team diving skills followed by a little free time to play underwater.

Enrol onto the Seal Team course by making your purchase online through our website. You will then receive an email asking for some more details to get you registered and also offering some help to get you started with your online materials.
After that, we will send you more details on logistics of your course, such where to be and when. If you already know which of our upcoming course dates suits you best, please book this date if you are unsure or can’t find a date that works for you simply give us a call to discuss this further.

To join the PADI Seal Team, a child must be 8 years of age or older. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but kids should be comfortable in the water. Parental approval is required.
Scuba diving requires a minimum level of health and fitness. Chronic health conditions, certain medications and/or recent surgery may require you to get written approval from a physician before diving.
Avoid disappointment, download and review the Diver Medical form to ensure you won’t need a physician’s approval to dive before enrolling in a scuba course. Instructors, divemasters and dive shop staff are not physicians and should not be asked for medical advice; only medical professionals can give medical clearance to dive.

We will provide all your core scuba diving equipment during your course including:

During your course, we will include Free rental of all of the above core dive gear items only. You will be required to collect your core dive gear prior to the open water training dives from us.

PADI Approve Youth Training Centre
Did you know As PADI approved Youth Training Centre we must adhere to strict health and safety practices and comply with government legislation for working with youth.
This includes implementing a Dive Centre Child Protection Policy with dedicated liaison and carrying out comprehensive DBS (Disclosure Barring Checks) with all PADI professionals before allowing them to work with children or youth.
